Utility project Engineering project development and management: Perform high voltage substation (15kV-480V) design and construction. Physical design, protective relaying/control with an emphasis on continuous improvement. Prepare a variety of moderately complex engineering deliverables for high-voltage substation design. Perform complex research and develop recommendations for equipment and/or materials selection. Prepare complex engineering calculations following standard methods and principles. Understands and adheres to budget, schedule, and quality requirements. Initiates contact with other disciplines as needed to identify and coordinate details of the electrical work. Interface directly with clients, vendors, professional engineers, and subcontractors. Perform Mechanical compress air system design and construction. Analyze air consumption and pressure requirements based on factory usage. Physical design of air loop system for the factory and assessing pipe sizing. Figure out the configuration of air compressor sizing and type. Inspecting your distribution of the air branch, checking for leaks. Initiates contact with other disciplines as needed to identify and coordinate details of the compress air system work. Interface directly with clients, vendors, professional engineers, and subcontractors. Perform ISO7&8 clean room design and construction. Determine the ISO class for the clean room based on the Process requirement. Prepare complex engineering calculations of air change rates, and room sizing. Analyze and decide cooling water system based on the room temperature and humidity. Analyze and calculate the load for the clean room structure on the roof. Interface directly with clients, vendors, professional engineers, and subcontractors. Perform cooling water system design and construction. Design and calculate cooling capacity based on the equipment requirement such as furnace. Physical design of cooling loop system for the factory and assessing pipe sizing. Determine the cooling method based on process requirements. Figure out the configuration of chiller sizing and cooling tower sizing. Figure out configuration of pump station sizing, and PID control system technical detail. Provide technical details to suppliers and engineers. Initiates contact with other disciplines as needed to identify and coordinate details of the cooling water system work. Perform Grinding water system design and construction. Determine the Turbidity standard of Fuyao Grind water supply process requirement. Design and calculate grinding water usage capacity. Figure out the configuration of pump station sizing and type. Physical design recycling grinding water loops for the factory and assessing pipe sizing. Interface directly with clients, vendors, professional engineers, and subcontractors. Perform RO water system design and construction. Determine the RO water type based on the Fuyao water supply process requirement. Design and calculate RO water usage capacity. Figure out configuration of pump station sizing, and PID control system technical detail. Physical design supply and return of RO water system for the factory and assessing pipe sizing. Interface directly with clients, vendors, professional engineers, and subcontractors. Process improvement and troubleshooting: Site support Utility Engineer and Utility Specialist to troubleshoot the malfunction of all Utility equipment. Organize the Utility Engineering team to improve the production process to satisfy the Fuyao internal standard and customer standards in both quality and quantity. Documentation compilation and update: Compile work instructions for the Utility system. Update work instructions when the current process changes or a new process is added to usage. Compile Job Descriptions for all utility specialists. Define the job scope for all the specialists. Update job duties when the current process changes or a new process is added to usage. Requires Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or related field and one year of project management experience.
