CNC Machinist
2nd Shift
$18 to $20 per hour
4 day work week

Springfield, OH employer hiring 2nd shift CNC Machinist. Job involves CNC mill set-up, operation, and maintenance. Higher pay offered if you have a certificate or associate's degree.

Hours:  3 pm to 1:30 am  Mon to Thurs

CNC Mill Machinist Duties:

• Program, set up, and operate CNC milling machines
• Load programs, adjust machine controls for speeds, feeds, depths, and tolerances
• Replace dull tooling and perform routine machine maintenance
• Inspect parts and troubleshoot machining issues to maintain tight tolerances
• Read blueprints, work orders, and schedules to determine operation sequences
• Conform to all quality and safety standards for CNC machining

Skills for Success:

• Prior CNC mill experience
• Read Blueprints
• Set up experience preferred
• Math and mechanical skills
• Familiar with measurement tools, e.g. micrometers and calipers
