WHO YOU ARE
You are an experienced Community Service Technician who has at least one (1) year of property maintenance or other relevant experience and a passion for delivering the utmost customer service, considering you’re part of a team that interacts most with our residents! Overall, you’re responsible for completing service requests in a timely manner by performing repair and maintenance services as needed as well as maintaining curb appeal, and optimizing the life and value of the physical asset.

- Perform repair and maintenance services
- Maintain safe conditions and curb appeal throughout the property
