Job Description

  • Responsible for managing the quality department
  • Will coach, train and develop quality techs
  • Will develop, review and complete PPAP’s, including first article inspection reports, capability studies, FEMA and process flow diagrams
  • Must have knowledge of calipers mics and gauges

Key Requirements 

  • PPAP’s experience is required
  • Lean – Green belt a plus
  • Great communication skills
  • Must feel comfortable talking to customers
