Are you an adept and efficient problem-solver with a keen eye for detail and excellent organizational skills? Frito-Lay is seeking a dedicated Dispatcher to ensure our logistics operations run smoothly around the clock.

Third shif schedule: 12 AM to 8 AM, Tuesday to Saturday

Become an integral part of the Frito-Lay family, a leading name in the snack food industry within the PepsiCo umbrella, and contribute to the continued success of brands like FRITOS®, LAY’S®, DORITOS®, CHEETOS®, and TOSTITOS®.

Responsibilities
* Provide drivers with all necessary administrative requirements for trips, directions, tolls
* Serve as driver contact for "on the road" problems
* Sales contact of off hours load status
* Interface with drivers, mechanics, hostlers, helping coordinators, and other internal and external customers and consumers
* Manage tractor assignments
* Contact drivers to perform work as needed
* Accurately record yard activity using yard sheet inventory system
* Bobtail tracking and management
* Trailer Retrieval from customers
* Track trailers movements in yard and drops
* Schedule deliveries and backhaul pickups as required
* First step accident reporting process
* Other assignments as needed

Compensation & Benefits:
* The expected compensation range for this position is between $37,000 - $58,950 based on a full-time schedule
* Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary
* Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement

Qualifications
* 1-3 years of customer service / dispatching experience
* High school degree or GED
* MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
* Ability to work with constraints and deadlines with good customer service skills. Able to interact well with others
* Independent decision making, ability to work without supervision
* Excellent organizational and communication skills
* Must be flexible with other departments and schedules and backfill as needed
* Balance competing priorities
* Highly motivated individual with a proven track record of working successfully in a team environment
* Basic Math Skills, troubleshooting, and problem solving
* Detail oriented/Self-directed/Self-motivated
* Engagement within Admin Team and other teams
* Individual performance subject to 90-day performance evaluation
