Job Description

Assistant Store Manager reports to the Store Manager. Will operate and supervise all functions of the retail store in the absence of the Manager. Promote sales growth and attend to merchandising and maintenance needs. Responsible for safeguarding store cash, mid-day and night shift deposits.

Must have sufficient math skills to use cash register and complete store paperwork. Occasional short deadlines. Must have High School Diploma or Equivalent. Must have minimum of 3 years experience in retail with at least 1 year in retail sales supervisory capacity. Must have valid driver's license with reliable transportation and auto insurance. Must be able to pass drug screening and background check.

Full-Time Sunday through Saturday variable shifts . Normally 5 days per week, 40 hours per week.
