The Lead Title Specialist role is a position in our Document Management Group, in the Title Vault. The role will include multiple actives within a secured area. The Lead Title Specialist are required to handle documents in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner while maintaining a consistent flow from one department to the next. This role may be performing functions such as receiving, sorting, scanning, batching, filing, pulling, validating, or releasing documents.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle documents in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining a consistent flow from one department to the next.
Retrieve perfecting documents from a secured vault repository.
Follows established procedures and compliance requirements.
Analyze documents to determine the appropriate action and routing based on document type and client requirements or expectations.
Process title documents with a high level of accuracy and quality through complex sorting, logging, identifying, matching, entering, auditing, routing, and researching as required.
Use company proprietary software for research and data entry.
Solicit customer feedback to improve service.
Identifies problems, gathers information, and analyze information to resolve problems in a timely manner, and be proactive in finding or implementing operational efficiencies.
Subject Matter Expert (SME) in all areas of the department.
Trains New Hires as well as Up-Train current team members.
Provide coaching and feedback to team members.
Be a positive role model to team members in all areas of performance and help foster a team-oriented environment.
Performs other duties as necessary.
Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including occasional mandatory overtime.
Attention to Detail; good organizational skills; adaptability; demonstrates consistent accuracy and thoroughness; efficient and timely completion of work.
The ability to adapt quickly to daily and shift-by-shift needs.
Assist management with projects, conversions, and other client-focused items.
Assist the Supervisor with monitoring the daily production volumes to ensure client service and quality services levels are met.
Perform inspections and review error tracking reports to identify trends and ensure compliance.
Montior and assist daily goals concerning SLA compliance, UPLH compliance, and Quality compliance levels are being achieved.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum

High School Diploma/GED and 5 years' experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline and 5 years' experience; or 7 years' experience in a related field.
Requires strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and collaborative skills to work effectively with teams throughout organization.

Preferred

Previous Leadership experience.

Degree in related discipline.
Experience in a fast-paced production environment.
Detail Oriented and Organizational Skills.
Verbal communication skills.
Problem Solving skills.

USD 19.18 - 28.80 per hour

Compensation:

Hourly base pay rate is $19.18 - $28.80/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.

Benefits:

Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, parental leave, and COVID-19 vaccination leave.
