Summary

This position is responsible for serving as customer contact; coordinating timely customer shipments; creating packing slips, invoices, and ASN's; and checking customer portals within the assigned window times.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Coordinating on-time customer shipments

Billing and creating timely ASN's

Checking customer portals within assigned window times

Serving as customer contact

Job Duties:

Creating ship list

Ensuring parts are avail to ship on time and putting out status notices

Creating packing slip/invoices

Creating ASNs

Checking customer portals within time limits

Answering tickets within time windows

Handling delivery/packaging disputes

Monitoring customer grade cards

Monitoring packaging requirements

Acknowledging emails from customers confirming shipments, etc.

Monitoring workflow

Creating tags

Emailing forwarding's to customers

Keeping customer concern log and resolution

Process customer returns

Know various customer portals and take yearly training

Entering customer orders if not EDI

Main customer contact

Other duties as assigned

Knowledge & Skills:

Must have a strong work ethic

Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness

Ability to perform mathematical computations such as percentages, fractions, addition, subtraction, multiplication and division quickly and accurately

Work & Education Requirements:

High school diploma or GED

One year of Shipping/Receiving experience

Physical Demands

This position requires manual dexterity to properly and safely manipulate tools and controls. This position requires frequent walking and standing; occasional sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching and crawling. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
