Title: Office Admin/Production/Warehouse Clerk
Schedule
Full-Time - Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm
-Some overtime may be available from time to time
General Overview
- This position involves “wearing several different hats”
- Office Admin (primary):
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Typing quotes (customers)
- Requesting quotes (vendors)
- HR/Payroll
- Answering phone calls
- Timely responding to emails
- Warehouse Clerk (secondary):
- Shipping customer orders
- Receiving shipments
- Packing orders
- Tracking inventory
- Production (secondary – including, not limed to):
- Cleaning
- Running equipment
- Helping production as needed
Work Activities
- Operate production equipment for buff, brush and abrasive products
- This position requires that full attention to the equipment performance is true, and that the process and equipment are in or exceeding tolerances
- This position will be trained across all production equipment, not limited to just one machine or a single operation
- Maintaining the condition and cleanliness of the workspace and equipment is critical
- Report any deficiencies immediately to your supervisor or maintenance personnel
- Other tasks such as but not limited to warehouse, shipping and general cleaning and other production specific processes
Key Skill and Personal Characteristics
- Clear ability to understand and convert to metric from imperial and imperial to metric
- Detail oriented
- Team focused
- Excellent attendance is a must
- Must have reliable transportation
Education/Experience
- High School diploma / GED
- Previous factory experience is a plus
