Phillips Edisons operating platform provides retail services including acquisition, redevelopment, leasing and management of grocery-anchored retail centers.



What you'll do:






    • Full ownership of the Leasing Mailbox includes engagement with Individual Leasing Agents to model and support specific analysis on potential deals.

    • Manage Rent Roll data in Forecast System to ensure accurate inputs.

    • Identify, verify, and investigate variances to budget and prior forecasts.

    • Prepare/Create weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting for Internal stakeholders.

    • Manage and audit monthly executed/speculative lease data for accuracy.

    • Provide support for process and system improvements and automation. This includes seeking out new ways to provide efficiency through technology.

    • Provide support for various ad hoc requests related to Leasing and Occupancy.

    • Verify and approve all commissions related to Renewal Leases.



What we're looking for:



    • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or similar field.

    • 0-2 years relevant experience that involves data management, analysis, and reporting.

    • Financial acumen and analytical skills to interpret data results.

    • Ability to collaborate across teams and to communicate effectively.

    • Must have strong Excel skills.

    • Power BI skills preferred.

    • Ability to navigate and validate large data sets and to trace data sources.

    • Proficient PC (Microsoft Office, Databases, Accounting systems) skills preferred.

    • Must have strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to manage priorities with deadlines

    • Real Estate knowledge preferred.

    • Must have the ability to work well independently, efficiently, and thoughtfully to understand how data changes impact other metrics.
