Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Consultant (T) with a focus on Camstar MES to join our team as a Manager - Projects. With 9 to 12 years of experience the ideal candidate will lead the implementation and optimization of manufacturing execution systems driving efficiency and innovation in our manufacturing and supply chain processes. This role is pivotal in enhancing our operational capabilities and ensuring seamless integration and validation of MES systems.

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead the planning and execution of Camstar MES projects ensuring they meet business requirements and are delivered on time and within budget.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate MES L4/L3 & L2 systems enhancing data flow and operational efficiency.

Design and implement strategies for MES validation and testing both manual and automated to ensure system reliability and performance.

Provide expert guidance on MES best practices contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Analyze system performance and user feedback to recommend enhancements or new features.

Facilitate training sessions for users on the MES system ensuring they are equipped to utilize the system effectively.

Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements in MES and related fields.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the execution of projects.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues that arise during the lifecycle of MES projects.

Foster a culture of innovation and efficiency within the team.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Camstar MES is mandatory.

Experience in MES L4/L3 & L2 Integration MES Validation & manual Testing and MES Validation & Automated Testing is highly desirable.

Knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain domains is advantageous.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities are required.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

A commitment to quality and a thorough approach to the work.

Compensation: -This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
