Who We Need

?The Data ETL Architect works as part of the Air Force Program Lifecycle Management (AF-PLM) Capability Support Office (CSO) onboarding and client engagement team to define the client's data migration requirements, analyzes the tech stack required for end-to-end (E2E) data migration, and adapts custom ETL scripts/tools and data validation reports to ingest data into the digital environment. This position requires: 1) an expert understanding of ETL processes, APIs, and automation scripting to streamline the receiving, transforming, and loading of the delivered data; 2) an understanding of data schemas and bulk data-loading tools and techniques; 3) ability to obtain a Secret clearance; 4) ability to acquire and maintain an IAT II certification such as Security+. The ETL Architect will be a part of a broader solution team and is expected to design and lead the ETL function. Understanding of Agile software development is required. The ideal candidate is located near Dayton OH to support future classified activities, configuration and data load work on client site. Full telework will be considered. Experience with Siemens Teamcenter as well as CAD and CAD integration software (installation, configuration, mapping, etc.) are required.

Elicit requirements from clients

Support bulk migration of data into through automation scripts and utilization of APIs

Create reports to assist clients in data analysis decisions

Create technical documentation for data migration processes and utilities

Create test cases to support the generation of automation scripts

Test executed solutions and troubleshoot anomalies to resolution

Coordinate issue resolution with Technical Support and similar infrastructure / software support activities

Analyze migration performance and optimize solutions

Coordinate with Scrum Master, Product Owners, Information System Security Engineering (ISSE), Engineering Subject Matter Experts and Infrastructure/Network administrators on broader team to accomplish objectives

Your Qualifications

Required

US Citizen

Ability to obtain Secret clearance

Able to acquire / maintain an IAT II certification such as Security+

7+ years of experience in Teamcenter application configuration and migrations

5+ years of hands-on experience in following areas: Teamcenter Data Model, BOM Management, and CAD Integrations

Strong coding skills to create migration scripts that are scalable for larger data migrations and integrations

Experience in performing multiple cycles of data migration and ensure the data accuracy and integrity

Plan and execute data migration cycles

Technical support for team to accomplish ETL project deliverables

Involved in execution, Production deployment and stabilization phase

Experience in Teamcenter data migration projects in migrating data from Legacy tools to Teamcenter, involved in migrating CAD Data, Part Data, Requirements data, Documents, BOM data.

Support development of application/functionalities and business processes

Oversee the PLM ETL solution development and the success of the ETL project

Knowledge of Agile methodology and principles

Experience reading and understand API documentation

Experience creating documentation around tools and processes

Strong spoken and written English skills

Experience delivering presentations to clients

Adequate home working environment to include dedicated office-space to enable productive remote work

Desired

2+ years of SQL - Oracle or SQL Server (Complex data extraction queries)

4+ years of experience with Teamcenter or other digital engineering product suites such as those offered by PTC, Dassault, or Autodesk

Experience interoperating digital engineering technologies and files (e.g., Multi-CAD)

Air Force experience

Agile software development experience

DevSecOps experience
