About the Team

The position will be a member of the Agile Practices & Delivery Team within the Office of the CTO (OCTO) at WEX. The candidate will be accountable for ensuring Agile Software Development enable teams and organizations to rapidly deliver business value by decreasing time to market, shortening feedback loops between development, operations, and customers, and establishing a culture of learning and experimentation

How you'll make an impact

Ensure team members understand business agility and agile software development values, principles, and practices

Ensure the team is disciplined in accurately reflecting the state of in progress work in their portfolio management tool

Continuously ensure that the teams delivery process is accurately visualized and documented

Bring people together to solve problems around team productivity and delivery.

Leverage visualizations and data to measure the performance of a team and coach them to improve the capabilities that drive higher levels of performance.

Prepare and present on insights gathered from delivery data analysis. Facilitate meetings and create presentation to share ideas and findings as necessary

Collaborate with the product owner to maintain a healthy backlog

Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users

Experience with, and working knowledge of various frameworks, methodologies that can be leveraged to improve the way we build and deliver technical products and services.

Experience with Jira/Confluence(or similar Agile tracking tools)

Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills

Ability to adapt to a changing environment

Self-motivation and ability to stay focused in the middle of distraction

Must be collaborative in driving decisions

Have a hunger for learning, an appetite for change, and a desire to improve yourself and those around you

Background/Certifications

Bachelors Degree or equivalent relevant experience

Experience working with software development teams

Experience working in an Agile transformation capacity (Scrum Master, Agile team coach, Lean Six Sigma, etc)

Certified Scrum Master(CSM) (a Plus)

The base pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual pay rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as your qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Base pay is one component of WEX's total compensation package. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable plan. Non-sales roles are typically eligible for a quarterly or annual bonus based on their role and applicable plan. Salary Pay Range: $77,000.00 - $102,000.00
