About the Team

The Agile Practices & Delivery Team will coordinate within the Office of the CTO (OCTO) at WEX. The candidate will be accountable for ensuring that agile software development enables teams and organizations to rapidly deliver business value by decreasing time to market, shortening feedback loops between development, operations, and customers, and establishing a culture of learning and experimentation.

Experience you'll bring

1- 3 years of relevant experience typical in this role

A highly motivated Change Agent who loves working on small, high performing teams

Highly collaborative and solid communicator who works well with a team and Stakeholders

Someone who cares deeply for team success, learns from failure, and embraces experimentation

A professional who can advocate strongly for positions and still be 100% behind team decisions even if they don't go their way

Excel at guiding software development teams and the organization on the implementation and adoption of the Agile Values, Principles, and Practices.

Experience with, and working knowledge of various frameworks and methodologies that can be leveraged to improve the way we build and deliver technical products and services

Experience with Jira/Confluence/Azure (or similar Agile tracking tools)

Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills

Ability to adapt to a changing environment

Self-motivation and ability to stay focused in the middle of distraction

Must be collaborative in driving decisions

Have a hunger for learning, an appetite for change, and a desire to improve yourself and those around you.

The base pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual pay rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as your qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Base pay is one component of WEX's total compensation package. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable plan. Non-sales roles are typically eligible for a quarterly or annual bonus based on their role and applicable plan. Salary Pay Range: $77,000.00 - $102,000.00
