Expected Length of Internship:
Available to work in Summer 2024 with flexibility for full year 2024.
As an internship company, we allow flexibility to enroll in classes while working as an intern, as long as it doesn't interfere with the essential functions of the position.
Experience:
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
Proven people/project leadership throughout your academic career (on- or off- campus)
Education:
Currently enrolled in a degree program for Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a closely related field
Must currently be enrolled in a Bachelors, Master's or PhD program who is fulfilling a graduation requirement for their degree

Basic Internship Scope (Project):
In this role, you will be called upon to:
Support the Global Strategic Sourcing team which will include responsibilities such as:
Develop process focusing on manufacturing operations/returnable supplier packaging management with detailed requirements gathering, gap analysis, and process mapping.
Establishing clear work instructions and job aids
Training facilitation for new processes and technology
Management of returnable supplier packaging process and externally facing supplier communications
Lead Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives across the Global Supply Chain organization.
Gain understanding of various supply chain functions and disciplines
Assist in the analysis and development of supply chain metrics and business processes
Perform other duties as required by leadership
Upon the completion of this internship, the intern is required to present their accomplishments and project summary to the leadership team.
Reporting Relationships:
This position will report to Commodity Manager - Global Strategic Sourcing.
Travel:
0-5% domestic travel is required.
Estimated Hourly Range:
$17.00 - $25.00
