### Position Overview:
As a Concrete Laborer and Finisher with GreenScape USA Inc, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the environments that inspire. From mixing and pouring to finishing and curing, you'll work hand-in-hand with our team to execute high-quality concrete projects. We're seeking someone who's not just looking for a job but is genuinely enthusiastic about the art and science of concrete work.

### Key Responsibilities:
1. **Preparation & Pouring:** Prepare site for concrete pouring, including setting forms and ensuring correct depths. Your skill will set the stage for success.
2. **Finishing Touch:** Apply finishing techniques to concrete surfaces for durability and aesthetics. Your attention to detail will leave a lasting impression.
3. **Equipment Handling:** Safely operate tools and machinery necessary for concrete preparation, pouring, and finishing.
4. **Quality Control:** Monitor the concrete at various stages to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
5. **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with the project team to ensure timely and efficient project completion. Your ability to communicate and collaborate makes all the difference.

### Requirements:
- **Age & License:** At least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
- **Experience:** A minimum of 2 years' experience in concrete work, showcasing your ability to pour and finish with precision.
- **Enthusiasm for Concrete:** A genuine interest and enthusiasm for concrete work. We’re looking for someone who sees beyond the mix, understanding the craft and its impact.
- **Physical Stamina:** Capable of performing physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
- **Safety First:** Knowledge of and adherence to all safety protocols and procedures.
