As an essential part of the team at the Company, home to 11 indoor pickleball courts, our Gym Attendants ensure the smooth operation of our bustling hub. We are open every day, serving a growing community of pickleball enthusiasts. You will maintain our facilities, provide top-tier customer service, and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for all. Ready to be the face and muscle of a premier pickleball destination?

### Key Responsibilities:

1. **Facility Excellence:** Keep our 11 indoor courts, gym equipment, and common areas in impeccable condition. Your role is pivotal in creating an environment where champions are made.
2. **Warm Welcomes:** Greet members and visitors with a smile, offer detailed information about our facilities, membership options, and our packed calendar of events. Your goal is to make every person walk in feeling part of our pickleball family.
3. **Gear Guru:** Manage the check-out, return, and maintenance of pickleball equipment. You’ll ensure that our members always have what they need for their best game.
4. **Safety Vigilance:** Regularly monitor the facility to uphold our safety standards. You're part athlete, part guardian, making sure everyone enjoys their playtime without a hitch.
5. **Event Support:** Play a key role in organizing and facilitating events, leagues, and tournaments. From setup to takedown, you ensure our operations are seamless.
6. **Voice of the People:** Act as a liaison for collecting and communicating member feedback to management, helping us to continually elevate our game.

### Skills and Qualifications:
