OhioMeansJobs Summit County is partnering with a local organization to find a Learning Management System Coordinator.

Your Responsibilities as an LMS Coordinator:
 
You will work with all levels of employees within the organization, both in person and remote, by scheduling training and keeping an up-to-date record of compliance and company-required training documentation. You will review online training programs and/or make recommendations for new or replacement options when needed.

Important things to know:
  • You will learn and understand how to use the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • You will monitor student progress and ensure they are meeting course completion requirements.
  • You will work with HR and Safety to evaluate and assign training for new hires or newly created roles
  • You will ensure completion certificates and other training documentation is uploaded for internal and external training
  • You will troubleshoot technical issues and implement improvements to the existing system.
What you’ll bring:
  • Previous experience in a learning systems environment
  • Prior experience with Paycor is a definite plus!
  • Proficiency with MS Excel & Word
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Strong sense of teamwork
  • Ability to work independently and to meet daily goals
