Primary Function

This position is responsible to review, troubleshoot, and report all issues impacting inventory accuracy of finished goods and components primarily at the plant level but also at the warehouse as requested.

Responsibilities
Perform daily inventory counts per established company procedures as well as ad hoc requests from management to align and support system inventory levels.
Significant use of ERP (SAP) system to perform analysis of inventory issue. Screens used will include: COGI, LL01, MIGO and others.
Perform material changes or plant transfer transactions as required.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure:Ongoing training for all warehouse and production staff is relevant to address known issues
Accurate and clear labeling of all inventory locations
Proper stock rotation practices in line with 'first in first out' practices
Best practices are used in all inventory transactions

Daily reconciliation of transactions in SAP to ensure movements are in balance and accurate
Manage physical inventory system activity at assigned facilities.
Create work orders in ERP system (SAP).
Work with production team to ensure work order confirmation accuracy and process PGI.
Other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications

* Good communication abilities, both written and oral
* Excellent math skills
* Must be able to work overtime as necessary
* Must be able to work independently with little direct supervision
* Must be able to work quickly and under pressure to deliver accurate findings in a timely manner
* Must have excellent logic abilities and troubleshooting skills
* Must have a thorough understanding of inventory transactions and their impact on inventory levels control instead of levels
* Must work well with others across a spectrum of job roles
* Excellent organization and time-management skills
* Working knowledge of ERP system
* Basic Excel skills required

Education
High School Diploma or GED

Years of Experience
Minimum of 1 year related work experience
