Job Description

Job Summary

This role is responsible for overseeing the manufacturing operations of DarPro Storage Solutions which manufactures indoor collection tanks that capture used cooking oil in restaurants and other commercial facilities.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

Manages and coordinates the activities of all personnel, property, plant equipment, and fleet engaged in the acquisition and processing of raw material and storage and distribution of finished goods.
Ensures facility compliance with Corporate policies, procedures, and objectives.
Develops, implements, and monitors annual budget; reviews monthly expenditures.
Approves accounts payables ensuring all Corporate accounting procedures all followed.
Recruits and hires plant and administrative personnel; monitors plant workload and staffs appropriately.
Establishes and maintains appropriate wage rates for personnel subject to Corporate approval.
Responsible for ensuring that all employees receive the proper training.
Monitors relationships with suppliers; resolves issues when necessary; continuously monitors geographic area for new suppliers.
Manages safety program and is ultimately responsible for plant safety; maintains safety as top priority in accordance with all company safety rules and regulations.
Responsible for ensuring that all products are have the highest quality and reliability for our customers.
All other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum 10 or more years working in a midlevel management position; experience must be in an industrial or plant setting.

Preferred Qualifications

Work well with others in a team-based environment.
Communicates clearly both verbally or in written form; excellent analytical skills.
Leadership ability; able to direct personnel.
Can make timely, accurate judgments regarding production and process quality.
Highly organized; superior time management skills.

Physical Demands

Frequently required to walk, stand, sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crawl, and crouch.
Frequently must push, pull, move or lift up to 10 lbs.
Regularly required reach with hands and arms.

Work Environment

Job functions will be carried out in an office or manufacturing plant environment.
