Role Description:

This is Seasonal Full-time Management Role for our On Site Food Truck.

 20-30 hours per week

$15-20/hour or Wage commensurate with Experience

This person must be:

As a food service manager: Must have an understanding of All Food Service Responsibilities.  You'll need to have a strong understanding of customer service, sanitation standards, and cleanliness. You'll also need to be able to manage inventory, control costs, and ensure the quality of food.

Reliable and professional with an excellent work ethic

• Manage kitchen and coordinate food orders, food prep and cooking
• Price menu items
• Order food supplies
• Comply with health and food safety standards
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards in the kitchen area, good quality standards, including portion control, appearance and taste
• Store food products in compliance with safety practices (e.g. in refrigerators)
• Handle cash transactions,
• Keep weekly and monthly cost reports, (forwards and maintains accurate files of records and reports)

• Directs in maintaining the kitchen, serving and dining areas in a neat, clean, safe and sanitary condition following approved housekeeping and safety practices
• Initiates requests for equipment and maintenance repairs
• High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) and completion of courses pertaining to quantity food preparation, food service management, nutrition, sanitation, and supervision are desirable

 Must be able to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
