Job Description:

Working as an individual contributor and reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this position is responsible for planning and organizing projects related to the firmwide business operations of Crowe. This position will work closely with firm senior leadership to develop conceptual ideas into executable projects, with a focus on driving accountability for outcomes to leaders across the business.

Responsibilities:

Working with project sponsor(s) and other Executive stakeholders to document project objectives and business case, and prepare project charter

Developing project approaches and plans to meet stated project objectives (such as budget, timeline, stakeholders/resources, roles and responsibilities, milestones, etc.)

Working with subject matter experts to articulate solution designs and approaches to project execution

Developing and maintaining risk mitigation, change control, change management, communication, and quality assurance plans

Managing multiple projects simultaneously and continuously prioritizing critical activities

Implementing and monitoring project execution and communicating the progress of each project, including achievement of project milestones, to maintain project momentum

Coordinating and facilitating project kick-off meetings and regular status meetings, utilizing project status reports with key stakeholders of each project

Monitoring and managing issue tracking and resolution within and around the project, elevating and communicating issues and roadblocks as needed

Coordinating and communicating with all key stakeholders and functional leaders to ensure plans are continuously maintained and on track

Utilizing collaboration tools to manage and secure all project communication and information

Fostering and promoting communication and collaboration across multiple business units and teams as a cross-functional leader

Coordinating with the Enterprise Project Management Office to embed best-practice strategies for both project management and change management into each project

Occasional travel, not to exceed 20% annually

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required

At least 7 years of experience in project management or a similar role at a professional services firm

Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred

Demonstrated experience coordinating multiple complex projects with numerous stakeholders across various levels of an organization

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Excellent interpersonal and client service skills

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

Proficient with project management software/tools (e.g., Asana, MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.)

Preferred Knowledge and Skills:

Experience working on mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures

Experience working within and implementing financial systems

Experience operating in agile, adaptable roles and learning new business processes

Need to have knowledge of process improvement techniques and the ability to continuously improve and enhance processes

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $95,585.00 to $214,794.00.
