Job Description
As the Global Lean and Kaizen Promotion Office Lead, you will play a pivotal role to build and implement our global Kaizen Promotion Office (KPO). Being an experienced Lean Practitioner, you will lead the Lean transformation globally to improve our business operating system and processes through Hoshin Kanri and help us change to a culture of managing break-through ideas and incremental improvements utilizing Lean. Reporting to the Executive Vice President Operational Excellence, you will drive business productivity, efficiency, operations and execution across Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost by leveraging Lean techniques and methods cross functionally.
