POSITION SUMMARY:

The Co-op in our IT Service and Support organization will play a key role in projects on our IT Roadmap that will result in improved efficiency and employee experience for our environment. We are in the process of revamping our imaging solution and deploying iPad kits to our Sales team. The role will work closely with IT technical leadership as well as our employees to ensure adoption of technical changes.



As a Client Service & Support Co-op, you will work with an agile team to provide technical support and customer service on company supported computers, devices, applications, and platforms. You will play a critical role in the overall success of the IT team and each day will bring new challenges and tasks in a fast-paced environment.



ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION:


Work closely with the Sales team to rollout, train and support the use of new technology.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting to physical hardware, software, and mobile devices
Support and maintain user account information including rights, security, and system groups.
Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of ticket status and resolution.
Configure and install PCs, network printers, peripherals, and software.
Provide in-person and remote support to employees at all levels of the organization.
Implement and maintain network standards and guidelines; utilize tools such as imaging software, Active Directory, Remote Desktop, Intune, and Entra AD.
Leverage cloud solutions for application management.
Collaborate with IT Teams to maintain Intune and Autopilot efficiencies.
Provide training, guidance, and support to clients.
Operate and support audio/visual equipment.
Create and maintain documentation as it relates to system configuration, processes, service tickets and knowledge articles.
Contribute to various technology related projects.
Other duties as assigned.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:


Pursuing a degree in computer science with an interest in learning cloud, desktop, mobile, networking, and active directory technologies.
Relevant technology certifications are a plus.
Experience supporting and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows 10/11, Office 365, desktops, laptops mobile devices, and printers in a corporate environment.
General WAN/LAN/wireless networking, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP understanding.
Experience supporting remote users through remote management tools.



OTHER REQUIREMENTS:


Ability to regularly walk, sit, or stand as needed.
Ability to occasionally bend and push/pull as needed.
Ability to regularly lift packages and computer equipment.
Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
