Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY

Candidate will support the TAG Marketing Communications Strategy team across a range of activities including preparation and supportof marketing resourcesand tracking of marketing and sales programs.Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:


Support ongoing brand strategy, content and public relations projects
Assist with collateral assetlibrary organization and usage requests
Assist in coordinating the development of collateral materials
Assist with partner requests and content needs
Assist with paint requests and coordination with stores
Support tradeshow coordination

Potential Projects could be:


Collateral AssetLibrary Audit
Collateral Management and Tagging Process
National Accountscollateral requests '
Assisting with digital and social content reviews
Supporting partner content calendars
Pricing requests and verification

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Required:


Availability to work Monday - Friday during summer months.
Must be able to work 20-25hours per week (3+ days)with flexibility based around school schedule
Strong Microsoft Office suite experience (Word, Excel, Power Point)

Education


Minimum high school education or equivalent
Current college student pursing degree in Marketing or related field
Current college student at the junior, senior or grad school level

Preferred:


Minimum 3.0 GPA strongly preferred
Expected graduation date of Winter 2023 or anytime 2024
Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus

Other Qualifications


Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to learn new tasks, work independently and meet deadlines.
Strong interpersonal skills to manage projects with multiple internal departments and external vendors
