Summary/Objective:
This role ensures the accurate recordings of all grain transactions, ensuring all measuring and weighing procedures are followed, all documents are retained and organized. Provide excellent customer service to the cooperative's standards.
Essential Functions of the Job:
Daily record keeping involving accurate recordings of all grain transactions involving the elevator and customer
Information and processes communicated with scale house, marketer, and operations manager
Organized records kept for audit purposes
Requirements:
High school graduate or equivalent with additional business background
Strong organization skills
Strong communication skills
This position will work in conjunction with the branch staff to carry out the plans of the grain work load
Proficient computer skills
Miscellaneous Responsibilities & Preferred Experience:
No overnight travel
Working knowledge of ag business
Standard work week is Monday through Friday; needs of the business may dictate exceptions to this standard
Overtime as required

Possesses flexibility and adaptability in meeting time-bound commitments
Ability to work well with others and independently
