Job Description
Analyze Enterprise spare part data to identify opportunities to move slow moving/obsolete/over max inventory to sites using the spare part.
Use the analysis to coordinate with sites on opportunities to see excess/obsolete inventory back to vendors or to 3rd party resellers.
Track and communicate cash flow savings through the internal sharing of spare part inventories.
Communicate with each plant on the opportunities, gain alignment, and ensure the part transfers are completed.
Coordinate with site key stakeholders on the critical platforms to standardize PMs on the best practices to align instructions, duration, frequency, parts, etc.
Develop work instructions on key processes for PM development and execution.
